  • You can mention this fact while making the booking and pay us extra $10 for each of the oversize bags; as we may have to send a van with a trailer behind to accommodate your luggage.
  • We expect at least a PHONE CALL cancelling your transfer before 12 hours of your transfer being carried out.
  • If you cancel less than 12 hours before the transfer; we will bill you $20 as cancellation/administration charge.
  • All prepaid transfers the Cancellation Policy is as under:
    • Notice prior to 48 hours – Refund less $10 administration charges.
    • Notice prior 24 hours – 48 hours – Refund 50% of the transfer involved.
    • Notice less than 24 hours – No Refund.
  • All bookings/payments should reach our office THE DAY PRIOR to your transfer date before 1700 hrs. Beyond this time; no bookings/payments will be accepted for the transfer pertaining to the NEXT DATE unless under extreme circumstances .

Extra Charges Details

  1. Payment by Bank Transfer or Credit Card only ($3 or 5% whichever is higher) extra for credit card payment. Cash payment only accepted if arranged and accepted by company.
  2. Each extra Baggage other than 2 baggages (7kg & 23kg) per pax may be charged $5 extra.
  3. Surf Boards, Push Bike, Oversize baggage etc. each $10 extra.
  4. Soiling/Rubbishing the shuttle bus in any form incurs $300 cleaning charges.
  5. All Arrival transfers will be "Meet and Greet" transfers incurring $15 extra from the above given prices.
  6. Minimum charges for all arrival pickups $50 (including $15 "Meet and Greet" charges).
  7. All jobs that are performed between the hours of 2200 and 0600 hours will be charged $10 extra.
